We went on opening day and they’re operation was running super smooth. The idea of being able to build your bowl is ingenious, you get exactly what you want. The Pho itself was delicious, the broth is ridiculously flavorful. I added an Oxtail and the flavor was delicious but it could’ve been cooked a little longer to really fall of the bone, it was a bit of a fight to enjoy the meat. I’m chalking that up to it being opening day and then wanting to turn the bowls out quick. We had a very enjoyable lunch. We will definitely be back!

Everything here is perfect. I will drive 40 minutes across town just to have the pho dip and the beef pho. The broth has the richest flavor and the meat is so tender. I will forever only get my pho from the pho fix.
